As a Brand Activation Specialist you translate overall marketing calendar into powerful activations – making sure marketing activities and materials are translated to each local context to get the most out of our efforts by focusing on the defined key marketing goals.
You activate our brand to drive brand awareness, traffic, stimulate trial and facilitate conversion and optimize ROI of our marketing activities while focusing on the omnichannel approach.
• Maximize commercial impact by applying and driving the local marketing calendar, programs and tools across all channels that drive awareness, footfall into stores and stimulate cross- and upselling.
• Take responsibility for overseeing, developing and evaluating marketing activities initiated and executed by local stores, providing guidance to maintain brand coherence and adherence to marketing guidelines.
• Take charge of driving local consumer activation initiatives, creating engaging events that resonate with the target audience.
• Participate in event setup, getting "hands dirty" when needed, while simultaneously leading and managing the overall project.
• Monitor and uphold omnichannel consistency for all activations, ensuring a seamless and cohesive brand experience across the channels.
• Support impactful promotional programs, store experiences and sampling programs that increase trial and awareness.
• Ensure excellence in execution. Evaluate each activity and use insight to improve future activities.
• Liaise with parties both internal and external to the Rituals organization. Continually build a network with cental head office counterparts within the marketing team as well as the retail operations team to drive local activities.
• Direct contact with local agencies on requests and operational deliverables.
Within the Marketing team in the Nordics, you work together with 11 motivated colleagues located in different countries. You report to Partnership, CRM & Brand Activation Manager, Yeliz Morell. Rituals Nordic head office is located at Stureplan, Stockholm.
