• Collaborate with culinary staff and other front-of-house personnel to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
• Interact with guests in a professional and kindly manner, addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Ensure that guests have a positive dining experience and address any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Be aware of specials, promotions, and any additional offering sand promote additional sales through suggestive up-selling techniques.
• Place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring that there are no shortages during service.
