Inserito all’interno del Ristorante Poggio Rosso o dell’Osteria Il Grigio, sotto la supervisione del Maître, il/la Chef de Rang si occuperà di:
- Curare la mise-en-place e il servizio (colazione, pranzo, cena)
- Partecipare attivamente al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala
- Registrare le comande, assistere l’ospite e garantire attenzione ai dettagli
- Supportare il servizio colazioni e room service
- Preparare la sala per i diversi momenti di servizio
Assigned to either Ristorante Poggio Rosso or Osteria Il Grigio, and reporting to the Maître, the Chef de Rang will be responsible for:
- Managing mise-en-place and service (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Actively participating in the dining room team’s daily tasks and responsibilities
- Taking orders, assisting guests, and ensuring attention to detail
- Supporting breakfast service and room service
- Preparing the dining room for the various service periods
