Chef de Partie

In accordo e sotto la supervisione dell’Executive Chef, la risorsa:
• è responsabile per l'esecuzione della propria partita
• sceglie gli ingredienti rispettando gli standard di qualità stabiliti
• misura le dosi seguendo le procedure previste
• controlla la peculiarità e la presentazione delle diverse portate
• supporta la brigata in caso di necessità
• collabora con il resto della brigata nel riordino e nella pulizia del proprio posto di lavoro a fine servizio

  In agreement and under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the resource:
• is responsible for the execution of his own work
• chooses the ingredients respecting the established quality standards
• measure the doses following the prescribed procedures
• checks the peculiarity and presentation of the different dishes
• supports the brigade in case of need
• collaborates with the rest of the brigade in the reorganization and cleaning of their workplace at the end of the service
