The Outlet Supervisor, in agreement with and under the supervision of the F&B Manager and the Restaurant Manager, supports the proper execution of dining room operations, ensuring continuity, smooth service flow, and high-quality standards. The role combines operational tasks with team supervision, guaranteeing a guest experience aligned with the hotelâs standards.
Main Responsibilities
Support the planning and coordination of the daily work of the dining room team
Supervise mise-en-place, room setup, and service flow
Actively participate in operational activities during all service periods
Monitor the quality of guest welcome and overall experience, ensuring attention to detail
Oversee the preparation of the dining room for all scheduled services, ensuring order, cleanliness, and compliance with standards
Collaborate with management to maintain procedures and quality standards
