AS MAITRE D'HOTEL
You will be the privileged contact for your client and will be able to adapt to their requests, advise them and offer them a personalized and memorable service.
Involved in the daily operational management of the establishment, you will work in close collaboration with our Chef in charge of the Restaurant.
- The Maitre d'hôtel efficiently allocates and directs the work tasks of the outlets according to the directives received.
- He/she ensures that the customer is well looked after.
- He/she offers an attentive service adapted to the customer's needs.
- He/she adapts his/her organisation and staffing levels according to the activity.
- Participate in inventories of crockery, china, cutlery, furniture and audiovisual equipment and inform the purchasing manager of the need to renew stocks.
- He/she ensures that his/her teams are well presented.
- He/she organises and controls the work of his/her team.
- He/she ensures the cleanliness of his/her workplace and food safety (HACCP).
- He/she is in permanent contact with all sectors of the hotel.
