As the Community & Culture Leader, you champion the belief that people are the heart of the business. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you collaborate across teams and balance strategic thinking, strong technical skills, and robust hands-on execution. You bring programs to life that elevate engagement, well-being, and connection.
As a Community & Culture Leader you will:
- Design and deliver meaningful engagement, learning, wellness, and appreciation initiatives that reflect team voices and organizational values.
- Foster trust, transparency, and respectful communication across all levels of the organization.
- Lead team recognition programs that celebrate contributions, milestones, and individual strengths and stories.
- Empower teams and individuals to co-create memorable moments and experiences that strengthen connection and belonging.
- Set clear goals and targets for Community & Culture initiatives: track outcomes, analyze data, and continuously improve programs based on insights.
- Produce quarterly and ad hoc progress reports for leadership.
- Track budgets and expenditures accurately and responsibly.
- Partner with Department Leaders and Senior Managers to support team initiatives and priorities.
- Provide guidance, tools, and resources that help leaders nurture engaged and supported team members .
- Prepare and distribute shift briefings and maintain Community & Culture checklists.
- Design internal and external communications and marketing materials across print, digital, and social platforms.
- Curate and share content for Instagram in collaboration with Marketing, ensuring alignment with brand and social media standards.
- Design, manage, and continuously improve the team intranet as a central hub for all teams.
- As a Leader and active member of the Sustainability Committee, you will champion and support sustainability initiatives that encourage participation and foster a shared sense of stewardship â as well as periodically act in the role of sustainability committee co-facilitator.
- Collaborate on administrative tasks relating to our Sustainability initiatives such as preparing communications, updating documentation, and submitting applications.
- Build initiatives and maintain meaningful partnerships with local community organizations.
- Support additional initiatives and projects as directed by Leadership.
