As a Cabin Crew Development Manager you will lead and inspire a large Cabin Crew team based in Perth, supporting them through key operational moments while driving a culture of safety, service and wellbeing. You鈥檒l manage employment relationships, proactively addressing performance, conduct, attendance and engagement while empowering crew to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a high-volume, high-impact role that requires flexibility, including early starts, weekend and public holiday work, and participation in a rotational on-call roster. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and championing Jetstar values while supporting operational excellence.
