Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst

As the Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst, you will ensure industrial and regulatory obligations are met to enable efficient planning and timely scheduling for Cabin Crew across International divisions. You will be responsible for the initial and ongoing compliance training for our international crew including the new Singapore crew base, along with ongoing roster maintenance and leave processes.

This role also oversees the timely processing of transactions related to crew courses, training, ground duties, leave, crew movements (including upgrades, downgrades, transfers etc) and other duties as required to ensure efficient bid period planning and optimum crew utilisation. You will interpret the Cabin Crew EA to make informed roster and training planning decisions, including the re-planning of training.

You’ll have -

• Proven PC proficiency with intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• ARMS experience desirable but not mandatory
• Superior Award/EBA knowledge and interpretation ability 
• Demonstrated ability in building stakeholder relationships
• Proven analytical and decision-making skills in time critical situations
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues
• A customer focused approach to problem solving
• Sound knowledge of excel (spreadsheets and formulas)
• Highly motivated and goal driven
