We are recruiting for two leadership positions within the Aircraft Projects team: Fleet Inductions Manager and Fleet Disposals Manager.
These roles work side by side, supporting the full lifecycle of Qantas aircraft, from entry into service through to retirement and redelivery. While each role has a defined portfolio, both require strong program leadership, deep engineering knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across Engineering, CAMO, Flight Operations, OEMs, and multiple operational stakeholders.
Fleet Inductions Manager
You will lead the full aircraft induction lifecycle, ensuring every new or transitioning aircraft is compliant, configured, and operationally ready.
