Lead end-to-end consulting assignments for the design, implementation, and certification of management systems, including:
ISO 9001 β Quality Management Systems
ISO 20000-1 β IT Service Management Systems
ISO 22301 β Business Continuity Management Systems
ISO 27001 β Information Security Management Systems
ISO 45001 β Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
Other relevant ISO and international standards as required
Plan and manage consulting engagements across all phases:
Gap assessment and diagnostics
Management system design and documentation
Implementation and operationalization
Internal audit and management review
Certification readiness and support
Ensure all deliverables meet internal and international quality standards, client expectations, and applicable ISO and other recognized industry certification requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery engagements.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including:
Executive management
Risk, compliance, IT, operations, and HSE leadership
Regulators and certification bodies (where applicable)
Translate complex ISO requirements into practical, business-aligned solutions for clients.
Manage client expectations, timelines, risks, and delivery quality.
Technical Quality and Standards Governance
Ensure all consulting outputs comply with:
Relevant ISO standards
Industry best practices
Regulatory expectations in banking and telecommunications sectors
Review and approve:
Management system documentation
Policies, procedures, frameworks, and registers
Audit reports and certification readiness assessments
Support continual improvement and maturity advancement beyond certification.
Team Leadership and Capability Development
Lead and mentor consultants and analysts assigned to management systems engagements.
Allocate work, review deliverables, and provide coaching to ensure quality and consistency.
Contribute to the development of reusable templates, tools, and methodologies for Procept Africaβs management systems practice.
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, project reports, and dashboards to track progress and identify risks.
Business Development and Practice Growth
Support proposal development, scoping, and client presentations for management systems engagements.
Provide technical input into bids, expressions of interest, and capability statements.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and follow-on consulting services.
Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the firm.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Provide regular updates to Senior Management on project performance, audit findings, certification progress, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify areas for internal process improvements and support initiatives to enhance consulting efficiency and effectiveness.
Promote knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and capability building across projects and teams.
