Senior Consultants within performance improvement - for our team in Stockholm

Our Operations and Improvement team works with clients across all major sectors. The team works on strategy through to implementation on issues critical to the growth and prosperity of business operations across the world. PA is home to a wide range of capabilities including our Global Engineering and Technology Centres, a strong Digital Strategy team as well as skilled People & Change leaders that allows us to drive performance improvement initiatives for our clients that can uncover opportunities beyond process improvement. Our typical client projects include:

• Enterprise wide cost reduction programs, including design-to-value innovation, cash flow management and sourcing optimsation
• Supply chain network and logistics optimization
• Manufacturing capacity improvement and scaling as well as manufacturing innovation
• Designing and delivering the supply chains and manufacturing capabilities of tomorrow including supply chain digitalization
• Agile transformations

What you’ll do

Within this role, you will lead the delivery of strategic and complex consulting engagements, including managing teams and senior clients. As a senior consultant, you like to play a key part in business development, sales initiatives and Thought Leadership, with the aim of further expanding competencies and propositions that help to acquire new assignments and clients, and to expand our existing clients and of course, the growth of your own career at PA.

• Drive performance improvement initiatives from strategy through execution
• Analyse performance, identify improvement opportunities and design solutions
• Manage project, drive PMOs and lead change
• Help clients realize business benefits through improved ways of working, digitalization and governance
