Joining us as a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst (Agile), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with the needs of our high-profile EU and Public Sector clients. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of agile methodologies and IT solutions.
As a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst you will be involved in:
- Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and manage product backlogs, including user story creation and prioritisation
- Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder engagement and customer workshops, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and system customisation efforts
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate test case preparation and execution
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery speed
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications
