As a Lead IT Business Analyst you will:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts, guiding their professional development
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and automation
- Perform gap analysis, provide solutions, and lead backlog prioritization, ensuring alignment between user requirements and system capabilities
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
- Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and technical teams, communicating issues and coordinating software customizations
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform Unit & Integration Tests on software customizations and custom development
