This role is ideal for engineers or consultants who enjoy working close to the platform, understand enterprise integration challenges, and want to deepen their expertise in Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
As an Integration Engineer / Consultant you will:
- Design, implement, and test integrations using Oracle SOA Suite 12c, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Develop and expose REST and SOAP services, including schema design, mappings, transformations, and fault handling
- Apply established enterprise integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, pub/sub, batch, event-driven, file-based)
- Build and troubleshoot BPEL processes, OSB pipelines, adapters, and integrations
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into interface contracts, message flows, and sequence diagrams
- Ensure integrations meet non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, security, and compliance
- Contribute to automation, logging, monitoring, and operational readiness of integration solutions
- Produce clear and maintainable technical documentation for development and operations teams
