As an Azure & Microsoft 365 Security Engineer, you will join our Cloud Security & Managed Services team.
Your role will focus on protecting enterprise cloud environments by designing, implementing, and operating security controls across Azure and Microsoft 365. You will work across identity, endpoint, data protection, monitoring, and governance domains, helping organizations strengthen their security posture and align with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and DORA.
You will contribute to architecture design, lead technical implementations, and support security transformations.
As an Azure & Microsoft 365 Security Engineer you will:
- Design and implement Zero Trust security architectures across Azure and Microsoft 365
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Entra ID security controls including Conditional Access, MFA, Privileged Identity Management, and Identity Protection
- Implement and operate Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender for Cloud
- Design and maintain data protection controls using Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention
- Integrate Microsoft Sentinel for cloud security monitoring and incident detection
- Develop security monitoring use cases, alert tuning logic, and incident response workflows
- Perform security posture assessments using Microsoft Secure Score and Defender for Cloud recommendations
- Conduct security reviews of Azure resources including networking, storage, compute, and identity
- Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts in cloud workloads
- Automate security operations using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or scripting
- Participate in cloud security incident response and root cause analysis
- Prepare security architecture documentation and operational runbooks
