Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions based on the workforce plan
Coordinate and participate in both internal and external recruitment events
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, test and interview coordination, and onboarding for assigned roles (internal and external candidates)
Utilize modern sourcing tools and channels to proactively identify and attract potential candidates
Partner with Hiring Managers, Division Managers, and interview teams to develop strategies that address talent gaps
Understand business needs, organizational plans, and candidate requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders
Conduct phone and in-person interviews and recommend qualified candidates to Hiring Managers
Present and negotiate job offers by effectively communicating the company’s values, strengths, and career opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with professional networks and industry communities to generate referrals and market insights
Establish strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including management, employees, and HR colleagues
Proactively engage and build relationships with passive candidates
Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, goal orientation, and passion for recruitment
Employer Branding:
Identify trends and interests among students and develop creative employer branding and marketing campaigns based on suitable opportunities
Participate in all employer branding events for students
Support internal communication and engagement initiatives to encourage employee participation in employer branding activities
