What You鈥檒l Be Doing
In this role, you鈥檒l play a key part in delivering a great customer experience by:
- Providing 2nd line application support to customers using our applications
- Handling customer queries electronically and over the phone
- Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical incidents
- Supporting account management and building positive customer relationships
- Keeping detailed records of interactions and investigations
- Monitoring system and security alerts proactively
- Recreating and validating customer issues using internal guides
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business
- Assisting with the rollout of new applications and updates
