The Digital Marketing Analyst (Visualization) is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the performance of digital
campaigns. He ensures the preparation of regular reports and communicate key insights to stakeholders, with
particular attention to data visualization. In close collaboration with digital teams, the Digital Analyst actively
participates in digital projects as well as the management and maintenance of internal tools. They provide support to users and keep abreast of developments in the field of digital analytics.
Main tasks and goals:
1. Reporting
- Master the visualization tools to present data through concise and relevant graphical indicators.
- Prepare regular reports on digital performance and communicate key insights to stakeholders
2. Digital Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analyses of web data to evaluate the performance of digital campaigns.
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in the data to support strategic decision-making.
3. Support
- Provide first-level technical and functional support to users and internal teams on the use of Adobe Analytics.
- Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users in interpreting data.
- Train users on best practices for digital analysis.
- Collaborate closely with digital teams to meet their analytics and data needs.
- Manage Adobe Analytics account permissions for internal teams and users.
4. Project Management
- Participate in the management and tracking of ongoing analytics projects.
- Propose ideas and solutions to enhance analysis and reporting processes.
5. Tool Management
- Provide training for users (establishments, internal teams, subsidiaries) on the use of the OUP tool (internal tool)..
- Perform updates and maintenance of the OUP tool (Tracked URL generator.).
6. Technology Watch
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in the field of digital analytics.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools or methodologies to optimize data analysis.
