Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with basic CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) experience to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, system integrations, security models, and automation, along with a foundational understanding of Salesforce CPQ to support pricing and quoting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce Solution Architecture & Design
- Define Salesforce architecture strategy, best practices, and governance standards.
- Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and third-party applications (ERP, finance, marketing automation, etc.).
- Develop data models, security structures, and automation frameworks within Salesforce.
- Support CPQ-related configurations and enhancements as needed.
2. Salesforce Development & Customization
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce applications.
- Lead customization efforts using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce automation, including workflow rules, process builders, and approval processes.
- Support basic CPQ configurations, such as pricing rules, product catalogs, and quote templates.
3. Integration & Data Management
- Lead Salesforce integration with external systems (ERP, billing, CRM, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, and middleware tools.
- Oversee data migration strategies, ensuring data quality and integrity across platforms.
- Manage Salesforce security, user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
4. CPQ Support & Enhancements
- Assist with basic Salesforce CPQ configurations, including pricing structures, approval workflows, and quote templates.
- Work with sales and finance teams to ensure CPQ functionalities align with business needs.
- Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and recommend process improvements.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, developers, and admins to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Engage with executive leadership to align Salesforce capabilities with strategic goals.
6. Implementation, Support & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee Salesforce releases, system upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
- Ensure system stability, security, and performance by proactively monitoring Salesforce environments.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Salesforce processes and user adoption.
