Hands-on experience in Workday configuration and maintenance.
Strong functional expertise across multiple Workday HCM modules.
Experience with Workday reporting and BIRT.
Solid understanding of HR business processes and integrations.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules including Talent & Performance, Core HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Staffing, and BIRT/Reporting.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday HCM functional solutions.
Ensure Workday HCM configurations align with business processes and organizational objectives.
Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM, especially Talent and Performance modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation such as design documents, test scripts, and user guides.
Ensure Workday HCM solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay current with Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices.
Communicate technical and functional concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
Support and participate in Agile project delivery and sprint activities.
