Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with strong focus on Workday Studio integrations.
Proven experience in Workday integration development and support.
Strong functional knowledge of Workday modules including :Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll Recruiting and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employee Management System, Learning Management System (LMS).
Experience with Workday security configuration and profiles.
Solid understanding of business process framework (BPF).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams
Experience working within ITSM frameworks.
Workday certification is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, implement, and support Workday HCM integrations with internal and external systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, partners, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
Develop and support Workday integrations including: EIBs (Inbound, Outbound, User Template Fill-in, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors and Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio Integrations
Document Transformation.
Configure and support Workday Business Process Framework.
Provide ongoing support for existing functional configurations and integrations.
Develop and maintain Workday Reports and BIRT reports.
Upload and manage Workday content such as questionnaires, onboarding, and learning content.
Support functional areas including Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting/ATS, Employee Management, and Learning Management System (LMS).
Ensure integrations and configurations comply with Workday security profiles and domain policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and functional issues.
Follow ITSM processes for incident, change, and problem management.
Participate in Workday release management, regression testing, and system upgrades.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
