Job Description :
- Project & Delivery Management Lead end-to-end delivery of BFSI technology projects (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance).
- Own project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and risk management. Manage cross-functional technical teams (architecture, development, QA, DevOps).
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes: estimation, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Drive Agile / Hybrid delivery models as per client needs. Track KPIs, manage escalations, and ensure high CSAT.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client IT, business, and sourcing teams. Build strong executive and operational relationships within client organizations.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, steering committees, and status reporting. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Business Development & Pipeline Management Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads within BFSI accounts.
- Engage with prospects to understand business and technical needs. Collaborate with solution architects to shape winning solutions.
- Prepare effort estimations, pricing models, and commercial proposals.
- Participate in RFP/RFI responses and client presentations. Drive deal closure and ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Technical Leadership ; Strong understanding of: Banking systems (Core Banking, LOS, LMS, Digital Banking, Payments) Integration architecture (APIs, middleware) Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred) Data and reporting systems.
- Guide architecture discussions and ensure scalable, secure designs.
- Validate estimates and technical feasibility. Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory and security requirements.
