We are looking for a Senior ERP Oracle Functional Consultant (E2E) with strong expertise in CPQ (Oracle CPQ Cloud / BigMachines) to lead process design and solution optimization initiatives in complex international environments.
- Analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and propose solution enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional workshops and deep-dive process discussions.
- Negotiate and define “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes.
- Collaborate with and challenge external IT partners and internal development teams across multiple countries.
- Translate complex requirements into simple, scalable, best-practice solutions.
- Promote and enforce reference models to limit unnecessary system evolution.
- Own and lead specific innovation topics (RPA, Document Management, UI/UX, Mobile solutions, etc.).
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications.
- Ensure strong collaboration across business and IT stakeholders.
