As a Principal Sales Consultant, you drive new business development with industrial and manufacturing companies in Germany. You work closely with clients to identify digital transformation opportunities and position Nagarro鈥檚 digital engineering and consulting services.
Your focus is on building long-term client relationships, developing solution-oriented sales strategies, and successfully closing complex deals in areas such as Industrial IoT, data analytics, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing companies in Germany.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and business leaders.
- Understand client business models, value chains, and digital transformation priorities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for target accounts and market segments.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with global delivery and consulting teams to design tailored digital solutions.
- Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs and support client presentations and demonstrations.
- Represent Nagarro at industry events and forums to strengthen market presence and build networks.
