Project Manager (Print Design)

Role:

• Manage one or multiple teams of designers and QAs to deliver product-ready assets for digital and print media.
• Communicate with different clients to understand project requirements and effectively transition them to the team.
• Set up processes for timely and efficient delivery.
• Identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Understand training requirements for the team and implement them.
• Expected to operate with complete independence, reporting status, barriers, and outcomes of work.
• Ensure delivery quality across the entire system.
• Maintain high standards of output.
• Expected to manage 1-2 geographies based on the scale of operations.
• Responsible for gathering client feedback and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery quality across the entire system.

• Establish best practices within the team and educate others about design.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Play a critical role in onboarding and implementing new geographies.
• Ability to guide and mentor Graphic designer & Team Leads.
