We鈥檙e seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with an unwavering commitment to meticulous quality standards. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take our deliverables to the next level with respect to accuracy and customer centricity. You will be charged with complete QA responsibility as defined by the QA manager to ensure that our deliverables are accurate and timely reach the customer every time. Also, the specialist should be comfortable reviewing content that not in English.
Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems
Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet goals/KPIs
Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with our guidelines and customer requirements
Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction. Collaborate with production team to achieve better results
Develop or update our inspection procedures to ensure that we鈥檙e moving with the trend, as well as proper documentation and tracking of issues
Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and discuss mitigations with the production team
Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
Collect quality data by carefully maintaining issues and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
Oversee continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all services offered to the customer
Pursue continuing learning/exploration on new solutions, technology, and skills
