Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver functional solutions.
• Managing Incidents within the set-out SLA’s and ensuring Incidents are updated timely with the expected quality of data and information.
• Provide expert functional solution for any requirement or issue.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Oracle HCM systems.
• Developing and executing test scripts, documenting functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with third-party applications.
• Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM issues, including resolving complex tickets and collaborating with technical teams.
• Provide standby or back-up support whenever required
• Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required
