Key Responsibilities:
⢠Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for HR Analytics solution
⢠Conceptualize and implement new data models according to agile (SCRUM) and prototype approaches
⢠Conceptualize and implement state-of-the-art dashboards
⢠Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches
⢠Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue
⢠Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions
⢠Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module
⢠Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required
Required Functional Skills:
â˘Between 2-5 years implementation / AMS experience in SAP BW module
â˘Must have expertise in safe handling of SAP BW objects (data-sources, classic DSOs, cubes, multi-provider, advanced DSO, composite provider, open ODS view, data transfer processes, transformation)
â˘Must have experience in implementation of data flows with SAP BW/HANA 7.5
â˘Must have expertise in implementation of routines with BW-ABAP and ABAP enhancement technique.
â˘Must have expertise in development and support of data loading using complex process chains
â˘Must have expertise in Analysis and correction of errors in process chains.
â˘Must have expertise in definition of BW queries: Able to develop CKF, RKF, Customer exits in HANA studio.
â˘Must have expertise with S4HANA, CDS views and CDS view delta concepts
â˘Good to have experience working with SAP HCM
â˘Good to have knowledge of SAP HANA Studio and SAP HANA data modeling
â˘Good to have knowledge of creation of hybrid data models with SAP BW and SAP HANA
â˘Good to have creating and customizing extractors.
