Key Responsibilities:
⢠Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more HRIT solutions assigned
⢠Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches
⢠Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue
⢠Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions
⢠Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module
⢠Learn 1 or more HRIT solutions and act as back-up whenever required
⢠Provide standby or back-up support whenever required
⢠Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required
