Role Overview
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation Management:
- Assist in developing and maintaining salary structures, pay scales, and compensation guidelines.
- Assist in conducting market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Support annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, promotions etc.
- Assist in aligning compensation strategies with organizational goals
- Benefits Administration:
- Support in managing employee benefits programs (health insurance, wellness initiatives, etc.).
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for benefits administration and issue resolution.
- Communicate benefits information clearly to employees and handle queries effectively.
- Career Architecture Management:
- Assist in Designing and implementing frameworks that define job roles, career paths, and organizational structures.
- Ensure alignment of career paths with job evaluation and compensation structures.
- Maintain accurate mapping of employees to the career architecture for transparency and consistency.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare compensation and benefits reports for management decision-making.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track compensation trends, benefits utilization, and workforce costs
- Employee Support:
- Act as a point of contact for compensation and benefits-related queries.
