Support international METRO entities in implementation of Global Quality Assurance standards
Provide trainings on applicable QA standards to QA teams from countries and relevant stakeholders, and provide technical assistance whenever needed.
Develop Technical manuals to support entities in implementation of standard requirements
Review and update of QA documents and procedures related to Multichannel operations
Support in development/improvement of QA features in operational IT tools with the aim to facilitate the implementation of QA requirements.
Contribute to the integration of the newly acquired Food Service Distribution companies into METRO Quality Management System & manage QA workstream of the post-merger integration process
Conduct risk assessment and annual Quality Audits of Logistic Service Providers (LSP) for international supply chain of METRO and ensure closure of non-conformities by LSP
Support in investigation of internal claims and countries complaints for products distributed by LSPs
Support in development of Quality Management System for Marketplace/E-commerce & develop relevant documentation
Support in development and review of QA documents for Hard Franchise business
