Your main responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and review documentation for both new and existing suppliers;
- Supervising the Fixed Asset Accounting area within our Shared Service Center (SSC);
- Review documentation for fixed asset activities: acquisition, scrap, transfers, sales;
- Ensure correct depreciation setup and execution, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
- Perform month end and year end closing activities related to fixed asset;
- Prepare, review, and explain balance sheet reconciliations and management reports;
- Perform and review reconciliation for annual physical counting;
- Support internal and external audits;
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
