Overview -
The main objective of LUCA program is to successfully upgrade METRO鈥檚 Finance to SAP S/4HANA to ensure business continuity and avoid security and compliance risks. The LUCA program is, in addition, a critical enabler of METRO鈥檚 strategy to achieve standardization, harmonization, and centralization.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement expert with solid SAP expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our P2P team within a global ERP rollout, ensuring efficient and streamlined procurement processes, and optimizing the use of SAP Ariba and SAP MM module within the organization.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Roll-Out Management: support the P2P team in managing the future roll-out waves for all remaining Metro companies
- SAP Ariba and SAP MM Module Optimization: Ensure successful implementation and optimization of these modules with focus on keeping SAP standard functionalities
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Support Stakeholder Management: support relationship management with LUCA stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure that all P2P processes are integrated and synchronized with business needs
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze P2P performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
