Main areas of responsibility:
- Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the General Accounting team
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all general ledger activities and closing processes
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members in complex accounting matters
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence
- Due to the people management responsibilities and the nature of the role, regular presence in the office will be beneficial to ensure effective collaboration and team suport
