Through a customer oriented approach, leading day-to-day business relationship with the key suppliers through supporting activities including contracting, ordering, communication of demand, volume, delivery time changes, issue resolution, follow up back orders
Conducting market research on regular basis to analyze latest supplier, product and competitor trends
Deciding product assortment in line with trends and customer expectations
Preparing monthly reports about category operations to review sales performance analysis and take necessary actions
Providing content for Metro鈥檚 marketing campaign tools to reach out over 1 million households
Providing communication and coordination between the category and the stores
Working collaboratively with Sales Department, Finance, Marketing, Logistics in order to reach category targets
