The purpose of this role is to implement a standardized performance Marketing framework tailored to our brick-and-mortar and digital businesses and to support local countries with their performance marketing transformation journey. The expert will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, increasing foot traffic to stores, promoting innovative digital solutions, and enhancing overall business growth. This includes recommending different campaigns, channels, and best practices to achieve these objectives.
- Implementing and managing campaigns across a variety of channels (eg: Google, Meta, Microsoft) across multiple markets.
- Collaborating with the local teams and defining clear strategy and KPIs across the different parts of the funnel.
- Optimizing campaigns towards ROI and expanding existing activities by leveraging data and creating actionable insights.
- Supporting cross-functional projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to automate our activities, optimizing our processes, and identifying opportunities to drive growth.
- Developing and managing comprehensive performance reports and tailoring presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend and adherence to financial targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities or potential threats.
- Work with creative and content teams and/or creative tools to develop high-performing assets for various channels.
- Support the implementation of a standardized performance marketing framework for both store and digital businesses.
