As M365 engineer for Microsoft 365 in the Workplace Solutions domain you will design, refine and implement modern workplace services backed by Microsoft technology to support and enable the organization鈥檚 digital workplace environment for all employees at Metro.
Your Responsibilities:
- Together with the team and the product manager, you are responsible for the global M365 services
- You take care of the configuration and operation of METRO鈥檚 central M365 platform providing workplace service for all employees
- Managing M365 service with focus on Microsoft Teams, PowerApps & Power automate
- Further development and refinement of governance lifecycle for M365 Groups, Guest User, Sharepoint Lifecycle with Easylife
- Management of Information Protection and labeling
- Advising and supporting application owners and users with technical queries regarding Microsoft 365
- Being constantly on the lookout for new development and trends and evaluating their relevance for our users
- Communication & preparation of relevant changes for users
- Cooperation with our external service and consulting providers
- Identifying and implementing optimization potential to continuously improve the solutions being used.
