We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager to drive our brand vision by leading marketing initiatives that support business goals. This role develops and executes integrated marketing plans, combining digital innovation with traditional strategies, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
- Lead all marketing & communications functions within Metro Türkiye
- Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing & communication activities (B2B & B2C) across online and offline channels in line with the company’s marketing strategy, and driving performance tracking to measure brand and sales impact
- Managing ATL and BTL channel strategy and execution based on defined target audience segments.
- Planning and implementing 360° campaigns across all relevant touchpoints
- Driving value proposition–focused communication, event, and sponsorship strategies to strengthen brand positioning and corporate image
- Contributing to master planning developed by commercial committees through customer-focused insights, strategic recommendations, and action plans
- Building Metro’s brand visibility and engagement by leading communication planning, content creation, messaging, and channel management to enhance brand image across stores, online, and social media
- Lead marketing & communications budget across projects and actions, optimizing by channels and timing to support brand priorities
