As a Customer Loyalty & Operations Intern, you will support the daily operations of the Minor DISCOVERY loyalty program across Minor Hotels. This role offers hands-on experience in loyalty program management, hotel operations, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of the DISCOVERY Loyalty program:
- Assist with onboarding and training with presentation.
- Handling loyalty tickets related to guest inquiries and the loyalty program.
- Maintain and update loyalty content on the brand website.
- Assist to collect data and track hotel performance using Power BI.
- Approve content in CMS and assist with reporting.
- Approve tasks via Brand Task Center.
- Follow up with hotels on all tasks related to the loyalty program.
- Update internal articles on MH Flow.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes and loyalty performance.
- Assist in preparing customized reports to support management decisions.
- Work with operations to ensure smooth execution at the hotel level.
