Restaurant & Bar Manager

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar
• Managing the day-to-day profitability, presentation and operation of the restaurant and bar
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients
• Managing, leading and motivating staff to ensure a high preforming team culture is maintained
• Work closely with the Executive Chef, Hotel Manager and marketing department to develop marketing material and promotions for Marque Bar and Grill
• Roster according to department needs
• Create budgets and monitor financial performance of the restaurant.
