1. Job Purpose
This role is responsible for leading Minor Food鈥檚 first-party customer data management and ensuring data drives business value through personalization, retention, and operational efficiency. The position oversees the lifecycle of data products from ideation to execution, ensures data accuracy and compliance, and partners with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable data strategies and insights.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer data standards including data dictionary, data model documentation, and data governance frameworks.
- Ensure data accuracy, freshness, usability, and compliance with defined SLAs.
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data integrations across POS, loyalty, and marketing platforms.
- Proactively resolve data issues and monitor data quality while continuously improving operations.
- Drive customer data analytics to identify behavioral insights that support segmentation, marketing initiatives, and customer retention.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data engineering and product delivery.
- Drive alignment across Product, Data Engineering, Legal, Security, and Brand teams to ensure compliant and secure data usage (GDPR, PDPA).
