Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort are looking for passionate and motivated culinary professionals to join our newly refurbished property. We have multiple roles available, including Commis Chef, Pastry Chef, and Kitchen Attendant, across full-time and part-time positions.

Available Roles
1. Commis Chef
- Full-time | AM & PM shifts (split shifts may be required)
- Assist with preparation and presentation of dishes across all kitchen sections
- Support smooth daily operations, maintain hygiene standards, and develop culinary skills
2. Pastry Chef
- Full-time | Must be available to work weekends
- Prepare, bake, and present pastries, desserts, and baked goods to high standards
- Assist in menu development and seasonal offerings while ensuring consistency and quality
3. Kitchen Attendant
- Part-time | Rotating roster, including evenings, weekends & public holidays
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance across all kitchen areas
- Support cooks with food prep, ingredient storage, and smooth daily operations
