- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming materials including metal, wood, and composite surfaces
- Apply paint coatings using various techniques including brushing, rolling, and spray application methods
- Perform polishing and finishing work to achieve desired surface quality and appearance
- Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications
- Maintain and operate painting and polishing equipment safely and efficiently
- Mix paint colors and match existing finishes to ensure color consistency across projects
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues encountered
