- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all kitchen and laundry equipment as per PPM schedules.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and basic electronic faults.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service agents.
- Maintain maintenance logbooks and service records.
- Monitor spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs.
- Support energy and water-saving initiatives.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns.
- Perform other reasonable duties when required.
