Position Overview:
The focus of the role is evaluation and analysis of the company鈥檚 financial situation, preparing feasibility studies, undertaking marketing and sales analysis, preparing operating reports, ensuring accurate complex calculations of commission and incentives for specific roles in the organization as well as making recommendations and preparing reports for management.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake financial and investment analysis
- Prepare feasibility studies, investment proposals and sensitivity analysis for M&A projects
- Support HR with complex calculations of commission and incentives
- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
- Support the Senior Financial Analyst, extracting and analyzing financial data from various sources and ensuring overall accuracy of reporting analytics and database management
- Work closely with various departments to collect data that will support analysis
- Assemble spreadsheets and prepare charts and graphs to illustrate financial information for management
- Provide analysis of company鈥檚 marketing expenses
- Advise on cost controls and prepare cost reports
- Provide supportive financial analysis to help decision making process
- Follow and effectively manage reporting timelines; and
- Perform ad hoc analysis on request
