Minor Hotels is seeking a Loyalty & CRM Marketing Executive to play a key role in driving the success of our global Minor Discovery loyalty program. Reporting to the Director of Loyalty & CRM Marketing, this role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on collaboration, campaign execution, and turning insights into action.
You鈥檒l be a trusted point of expertise for loyalty and CRM activity, supporting hotels, internal stakeholders, and global teams to grow, engage, and nurture our member base.
Key Responsibilities
Loyalty Program Support & CRM Excellence
- Support the execution and delivery of the Minor Discovery loyalty program across our hotel portfolio
- Act as a key contact for loyalty enquiries, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Assist with reporting and communication of hotel loyalty performance to stakeholders
- Support CRM processes across the member lifecycle, from acquisition to engagement and retention
- Analyse engagement and performance data to deliver actionable insights
- Contribute to projects focused on improving data quality, loyalty processes, and member management
CRM Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist in the build and delivery of loyalty campaigns, including eDM development and deployment
- Review and quality-check campaign content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with global CRM and Loyalty teams on campaign planning and execution
