Job Purpose:
Marketing Manager, Special Project will be project manager to create new concepts and turning ideas into impactful business results. This role will lead and execute the development of new product concepts, new brand identities, and new store experiences from the ground up โ integrating marketing strategy with operations and financial performance to deliver sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is bold, creative, and hands-on, with a proven track record of building new brands or business concepts, managing cross-functional execution, and ensuring commercial viability through strong ROI management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand concept creation: Develop new product and brand concepts from idea to execution โ including positioning, identity, and customer experience.
- Build from scratch: Design and develop new store formats or retail experiences that align with brand DNA and customer expectations.
- Entrepreneurial leadership: Drive initiatives with an ownership mindset, taking responsibility for business outcomes and long-term brand growth.
- Integrated marketing strategy: Craft and execute marketing plans that connect brand storytelling with sales performance across channels.
- Operational collaboration: Work closely with Operations to ensure store design, service, and ambiance bring the brand vision to life.
- Financial accountability: Develop and manage brand P&L, ROI analysis, and business cases for new concept launches.
- Customer insights: Leverage market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis to identify whitespace opportunities.
- Team development: Build and mentor a team that embraces creativity, speed, and agility in execution.
