Job Purpose:
To lead and execute the strategic growth and expansion to Domestic Franchise business in Thailand which will result in the fulfilment of planned sales and revenue long-term optimum growth.
Main Responsibilities:
2.1Franchise Expansion & Strategy
- Develop and execute the franchise business development strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market and competitor analysis, and financial modeling for new franchise opportunities.
2.2 Franchisee Business Excellence
- Drive franchisee Sales & EBITDA, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
- Identify growth opportunities through business planning and financial reviews.
- Implement policy updates and contract changes effectively.
2.3 Operational Store Visits
- Conduct evaluations least three times per year to uphold standards and procedures.
- Evaluate in-store systems to ensure compliance with Operational Standards, procedures, and programs.
- Collaborate with Area Coaches to improve performance.
2.4 Training & Development
- Ensure franchisees complete training programs and process rollouts.
- Offer hands-on coaching and identify improvement areas.
- Share best practices to enhance operations.
2.5 Franchise Agreement Compliance
- Enforce policies, contracts, and store investment commitments.
2.6 Quarterly Business Meetings
- Ensure franchisees fully understand and execute marketing plans and initiatives to drive sales.
2.7 Cross-Functional Liaison
- Clearly communicate company direction, policies, and strategic goals to franchisees.
- Coordinate necessary resources in crisis situations (e.g., robbery, natural disasters, serious incidents).
