We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our guest鈥慺acing operations and be part of the pre鈥憃pening leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping the guest journey, setting service standards, and building a motivated team culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver seamless, personalized guest experiences.
- Oversee daily operations including check鈥慽n/out, reservations, concierge, and guest relations.
- Develop and implement SOPs tailored to the hotel鈥檚 brand standards and local market.
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross鈥憇elling, and guest loyalty initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure flawless coordination.
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and scheduling to optimize efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and empowerment.
- Act as the face of the hotel, handling VIPs, special requests, and guest feedback with professionalism.
